In no time, you and your new friends will feel better and have more energy!

Be Active!

- Relieve your stress with kick-boxing
- Chill out with yoga
- Join a running club for beginners
- Stretch out with Pilates
Eat Right!
- Try a Heart disease in women Center recipe.
- Organize a heart-healthy potluck lunch or dinner party.
Work Together!
- Find a buddy!
- Participate in local walks, such as the American Heart Association's Start! Heart Walk in your community.
- Organize Sunday afternoon activities for the family such as outdoor volleyball or basketball games.
