Welcome to Heart disease in women Center! As an incentive to keep you healthy and moving throughout the program, we've created a "clickable inspiration" icon for you to use. Simply download the icon to your desktop and click on it each time you need encouraging and motivational messages.

To download now, view the instructions below.

On a PC (Windows 95/98/NT), download the "clickable inspiration" icon by clicking on the icon below, and save the application to your desktop. Once downloaded, the icon will appear on your desktop and will be ready for you to use.

On a Macintosh, download the "clickable inspiration" icon by clicking on the icon below, and save the application to your desktop. Once downloaded, the icon will appear on your desktop and will be ready for you to use.
(Note: Mac Netscape users may receive a file called "Choose_To_Move.bin" and will need to double-click on this file to get the clickable inspriration).
